My RC10 Classic (Goldie) shorty pack config

Post by ea77 »

Electronics
SkyRC cheetah 8.5t motor and 60a ESC
SMC 4600mh Race Spec 2S lipo shorty pack
Savox 1258 servo

Wheels and tires
JConcepts double dee green rear
Jconcepts rips green front
Jconcepts hazard wheels white

Wing
Jconcepts 5.5"
Jconcepts blue wing buttons

Mod chassis
2 new countersunk holes to move the battery box back for shorty pack

I intend to keep it like this although very tempted to change the steering to aftermarket but want to keep it looking and performing like an original.

It opened some eyes when I took it out on the track during practice running with modern cars

My friends and I run our retro cars for kicks

That is a tidy looking buggy. I like the idea of modern electronics but yet keeping it nostalgic! 8)
