Thanks for all the positive feedback!

I machined the hex off the shock bodies on a lathe and the servo was taped (and zip tied) in when I got the truck. I thought the block mounts made it look better as a roller.

I sold the truck a couple weeks ago and the new owner is very happy with it.

Soaked them in simple green/water in the sun.

The chassis is from a Bullhead, (same as a Clod, but in red instead of black) but everything else looks like standard Clod parts.

Hey Everyone -

Since I am posting RC10 photos I figure I would post of photo of the RC10T I picked up at a garage sale for $15.00. It came with a 12 turn double motor and the Futaba servo. The lady selling it said that it was her son's and he left...

Hi, I've been reading up on modern RCs, thinking my son is about ready to move up from toy RCs. Stopped at a garage sale and found a tray with 3 chassis', a transmitter, and some other bits and pieces. Wasn't planning on starting with old stuff, but...

you have an early edinger for sure. The rear shocks on that homemade chassis are from the gold pan. nice find, unfortunately all the parts are red now, but if they clean up well, then you could build them as red, or dye them all a uniform darker...

My neighbor found this at a garage sale a few years ago,it was a basket case,but many hours and beers later here it is! It runs and dosent sit on the shelves very much. I made a custom wide chassis and nose tubes,machined the alum wheel...
