Re: XLS Rerelease
The manual and exploded diagram are up.
Not sure if the car is shipping yet, but the spare parts everyone is after are now marked as stock.
Manual has a list of option parts and instructions for upgraded transmission.
A few parts that had not been leaked before: Alloy Rear Trans Spacer(Z bracket); alloy rear inner transmission housing; Alloy Front Transmission Housings.
I would really like to see one way roller shafts offered as an option, 2.2" wheels, an alloy ballraced steering linkage...
Anyhow the upgraded transmission is still out of stock, and that is the one part I need to make my procat a runner.

Re: XLS Rerelease
The latest release date for the car has been put back until the 19th July, and the transmission upgrade is now late August to early September

Re: XLS Rerelease
Great info stuey.
My Procat is going to have to wait to hit the track, on astro It would probably backflip without a slipper.
The parts I did order: bumper, anti-roll bars and driveshafts where shipped by Schumacher yesterday
Re: XLS Rerelease
Just got an email from Schumacher saying my cars are all packed up ready to go...just need to update my CC info with them
Re: XLS Rerelease
The kits have now arrived at shops in the UK, and some have theirs in hand. I hope I can get mine tomorrow or no Revival running for me

Re: XLS Rerelease
Do we know if the fiberglass parts are identical to the original car? Earlier this year I had talked to Jake about maybe making some Iridium chassis sets for this and he mentioned that he already had original parts drawn up. If they were the same it would make it a lot easier.

Re: XLS Rerelease
Cool
does it give you that warm and fuzzy old-school feeling as you unpackage it, or is it just like "any" modern kit?
Thanks!

Definitely warm and fuzzy, felt the same with the rere Optima
You also get a nice black Schumacher branded cardboard tube with a certificate of authenticity and a schumacher pen inside!!

Re: XLS Rerelease
The only difference I'm aware of is some additional holes in the lower chassis deck to allow for the shorty lipo holder.scr8p wrote: ↑Thu Jul 20, 2017 7:14 am Do we know if the fiberglass parts are identical to the original car?
