Just ordered a Ultima and wanted to know if anyone has any luck using a Tomahawk or Turbo Ultima body with out much modification on the Ultima. Thanks.

TU body fits after you remove the re-re's wing mounts.

There are provisions for wing tubes in the re-re's upper plate so I reckon you can use them to mount your TU wing. Or you could cut the back of the body off and use the re-re's wing. Anyway, the rear body mounting tab is in the correct location to accept the TU body.

I don't have a Tomahawk so I can't comment on that one.

want to restore it to runner, but use modern wheels and tires...

What are my options for Front Buggy Wheels, and hex rears.

i would really like it if i could place a order for like 5 sets and not have to search for...

Hi everyone,

I have an original Kyosho Ultima that is in need of some new/aftermarket shocks. The shock collars are broken, and the shocks themselves simply dont work. I have searched the internet and found that the Kyosho Option House...

check-out clinehobbies ebay shop: he has some shocks in different collars that are very close to the original ultima shocks. The advantage for you would be these don't need higher shocktowers as the option houses etc. would

I am toying with the idea of either using a Jammin Jay or the original RC10 body (what is that body called anyway?) on my 1994 RC10. I quite fancy a simple clean paint job, but with some details added. Perhaps lights, real window mesh, driver, etc....

I really love the JJ as it is rather plain and simple.

The Chenowith has a great rear section, but the detailing around the side windows is a little fussy. Unless I cut the windows out?

I'd love one of the Kyosho guys to see if an Optima Pro body...

Anybody have a B4 or B4.1 and a Original RC10 Protech body laying around, Id like some opinions if it could be made to fit the B4 cars. Kinda like a new is old project lol

I've got a T3 that needs a body. I know I can still get t3 bodies but no decals to go with it. Anyone know if the t4 bodies will fit? I've done some searching but apparently the T3 is the truck that time forgot.

Well I have just about given up on finding a body on ebay :cry: Does anybody know of a sutable replacement? The car is almost perfect, minus a couple screws and the batt. hold downs. I think I could cut new ones myself If I can find a good pattern.

mmm, the stock hubs for these wheels have a 6mm diameter hole in the back to fit over the axle and the drive pin sits much further out than on a kyosho axle. that's going to be real tricky.
Maybe a ultima RB5 (first edition) cvd with a 4-6collar...
