That can be solved with inner and outer shims on the shock shafts!
And it should be indeed...

because that's way too much travel on this suspension, the car will be crazy lazy and roll a lot before anything happens when you turn the wheel. Chicanes will be a PITA to drive through, too...

Other than that, looking good! Can you describe your rear wheel hexes/spacing? I recall I struggled with my OIN a couple of years ago on the hex fitment front, it binded bindly...

Thanks!

I had b44 rear shocks, which are the 1.18 and the worked perfect, my car was very responsive and turned on a dime😁, maybe buy she shorter shock shaft only, not the whole shock👍

I have an 8.5 hex on there, and a small spacer on top of the crush tube in between the bearings in the hub, I didn’t happen to measure it, but when I get home, I’ll disassemble and take some measurements....

I should get a B44 CVA anytime now, I want to see how that works.

So I got the B4 CVA axle in the mail today, and when compared with the Custom Works Medium Lenght CVD, it’s the same lenght, the problem is, with the b4 hub and Klein arms, it’s too short, and with GT hubs and Klein arms, it’s a tad too long,

For it to work properly, I used a 2.5 mm of shimming or spacer behind the B4 hub, and added limiters in the 1.32” shocks and it works perfect, I still ordered 1.18 shocks to replace the 1.32 shocks.

are B44 dog bones the same length as B4 dogbones?

Hacked and Mocked the body I got from eBay, not my favorite thing in the world, but it’ll make a good runner/basher body😁

Here it is, all painted up😁

I wish the yellow paint matched up better with the wheels, but that’s Ok👍

I think your under-body electronics should run very cool.
Anyway, the car is unique and I think it looks great!! :D
Good luck at VONATS.

Tell me about it😂😂😂

I’ll be on the lookout for a Viper body, it’s a lot tighter against the chassis....this will do for now😁

Gave it a bit of a nose job, it was feeling self conscious, so it got a bit of plastic surgery😂
