So I bought an auction lot.....and I know the turd Nikko truck and obviously the Losi buggy (my screen name wouldn't be very good if I didn't get that one  ). I'm not quite sure of the purple\maroon buggy? My guess is an FX-10 maybe, but sadly at the moment all I have is this pic til it arrives.

Thanks for the help!

Pretty sure it's a Futaba FX10.
Pogo stick shocks, body, front tires/wheels and chassis with "side scoop" are all hallmarks.

This came in a lot of cars I bought a while back.. an Andy’s molded rc10 chassis with A&L bellcranks.. It has been cut up and had a Losi LRM trans, H arms & bulkhead fitted on the rear. What chassis is this? ..and I’m not sure about the front end parts. The front A arm mounts have an angled wedge underneath for more kick up, which is interesting..never seen that before.

I know that this is a sprint car of some sort. I removed the wing and body for the picture.

Can anyone tell me exactly what it is (or point out the individual parts that you see if this was not a complete kit)?

@BattleTrak That looks like Andy's longer wheelbase chassis for monster truck conversions. The wedges under the front blocks are Cheetah Racing parts and add 10 degrees of kick-up.

@ChisaiKuso The rear piece looks like part of a Pro-Track Blackfoot/Lunchbox bumper I have. pic here Rear tower might be from Trackmaster.

I threw on some front arms, random wheels and tires, the body, and the wing so that I could provide another picture.

I am hoping that someone here might know something about this car. I have (quite literally) spent hours scouring the Internet for images of anything similar, but so far I have not found anything. I am stumped.

The rear bumper is definitely the same material as the nerf bars and wing mounts.

You are absolutely correct about the rear shock tower. Thank you!

Are the bars plastic or aluminum? If aluminum I'll stick with my guess that they are Pro-Track parts.

A lot of old dirt oval guys were the DIY type, and they'd often cut their own chassis from graphite blanks sold by JG or Comp Craft.
