If a jobs not worth doing then its certainly not worth doing well.

Re: The dog thread
These two fosters we have are such clowns. Between sitting on each other and what we call “putting themselves in time out” they are just too funny.

Reassuring to see another house littered with dog toys and dogs

Don’t get me started This is our dining room and my “office” next to it. These two go downstairs and grab toys and bring them upstairs where our two boxers like to take them outside and leave them for the squirrel gods. Then we bring them back inside and put them downstairs. Wash and repeat I am quite certain a toddler would be easier than these boxers

Re: The dog thread
You wanna try Border collies , one of ours , the male is one we bred but could not sell because he has a cleft pallet , now most breeders would just let him die as he could not feed from his mum but we nursed him and paid the profit on the rest of the litter to have a little surgery , the upshot of this is he is very food competitive as he nearly starved to death as a pup , we also have a nursing mother with pups and food constantly down for her , we have her in the kitchen with a gate at the door and the male in the rest of the house , both constantly want to have access to the garden ! I'm going to spend the next few weeks as doggy doorman constantly operating an airlock back door system , things we do for dogsGoMachV wrote: ↑Fri Feb 10, 2023 2:55 pm Don’t get me started This is our dining room and my “office” next to it. I'm glad that's not my house. My wife would plan on keeping them all.

Re: The dog thread
Every litter of pups I feel that way about now , in three weeks time when I'm hip deep in piss and shit crossing the kitchen to make morning coffee and I have three puppies with needle teeth trying to pull my pajamas down I start thinking "how long till they go ?"Frankentruck wrote: ↑Fri Feb 24, 2023 10:00 am I'm glad that's not my house. I just played this to test the link and Em shot into the living room looking for her puppies , desperately worried as she could not find the puppies really not fair but so funny.

Re: The dog thread
One of our fosters apparently blew out an anal gland this morning. He didn't seem concerned but the others kept smelling his butt. When he stood up I saw the blood ugh. We have been stuck with him in the kitchen while my wife listens to her work meetings and I scour ebay gonna be a long day. Worst part about fostering is waiting for them to get doctors appointments set up.
