Futaba Rx - Battery Pack

Post by GreenBar0n »

I have (4) RC's that need new Rx battery packs. Is there a better alternative to this type, these days?

Thanks.

Should've posted this in vintage electronics, instead.

5 cell, 2/3A hump pack NiMh will fit in the same location and run a higher nominal voltage.

If the receiver has a BEC, it should handle 7.2 volts.

I have a couple of these sitting around for testing purposes: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B003BW0Q6C/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1
I build RCs like people would have done back in the '90s ..................................... if they had 3D printers.
