Re: Land Speed Rocket Car
I love it. Just mentioning you *may* want to review your front axle and get some kind of caster built in. High speed (and we are talking high speed) stability comes to mind. It also scrubs off steering sensitivity.

I'm also wondering is active aero might be a better method for keeping this thing in control
Consistency is the key I keep misplacing.

That looks so sweet man are those solid tires ? Seen a few record attempts on YouTube and foam tires are almost always what causes grief best of luck , when are you thinking for your attempt ?
If a jobs not worth doing then its certainly not worth doing well.

Lol, I know..I am hiding the screws holding it together!....there's not much driving this...point it and hit it!....early indications with power and weight it's gonna go closer to 300mph than 200mph...scared actually...get nervous thinking about running it

Re: Land Speed Rocket Car
I'd wish you "god speed" but with the fire and brimstone coming out the back maybe "the luck of the devil " is more apt

Re: Land Speed Rocket Car
Went to the HUDY Race this past weekend to race Formula 1 and VTA, great times great event!.... anyway I also promoted the landspeed car and had a lot of top-level drivers across the globe come check it out...My new decals from MCI had not arrived yet and came in after I got back, I will get them applied to the car asap...snow and cold coming here in next few days...but as soon as it warms up a bit I will commence testing.
