Made a stop at the not-so-local HobbyTown to grab a couple parts for mAdMan, and ended up with a few others for myself.

Not all today but I picked up the T3 rear chassis plate this afternoon. I wanted black chassis plates for a box stock truck but somehow ended up with blue ones

I was going to use the blue GT set but I'm not so sure now.....

Three Pro Craft slot car cases. Seemed the right size for the brushed motor collection....a lot of Revtech with a little Twist...

I got what I believe has been the hardest part for me to find. Also in my honest opinion the single most important aftermarket part for a B4/T4.

I break a lot of parts but the worst one to break even over the idler or a snapped CVD is a broken chassis at the kick up. Maybe it’s never happened to you but I’ve broke 3 T4 chassis before I started using chassis braces. Now, that was 15 years ago and I’m a lot better driver now but also all of my T4 and SC10’s (RPM chassis brace bumper) have braces and have not broke again.

This mod is for runners. You have to drill a hole. The kit comes with the drill bit and hardware needed. :)

I've been able to find two of these a while back for my two T4 runners, but haven't seen one in a few years. These strengthen the kickup point exponentially. Awesome find.

I picked up all the remaining older AE shocks and springs they had left in the old bins stashed away behind the counter. I didn't go through the B5/B6 bins so I'll be going back to pick up any remaining big bore stuff as well. I'll have to figure out what I won't eventually use. For the time being, they won't be for sale yet.

I received these 3 1787 aluminum thumbscrews for my 3 shelf builds. The wing nuts are way more convenient for actual runners though.

I also got this Das Micro receiver that works great with my MT-4. It came unbranded with no stickers at all. So I found some old stickers lying around to play the part.

If I could buy airtronics today I would.

I love the header card on this set of rods. The blue lettering is very sparkly in person.

Today was a good post day.... got some very cool packages :)

First up was a box from my buddy Jason / BorMac, which had in it a very cool Kyosho Super Ten GP 4WD nitro car. This thing is very cool, bigger than normal touring cars, and built with some cool-looking engineering. Upgraded with a 2-speed too, and looks almost unused underneath! Sadly, the body is a bit worse for wear, and someone has gone nuts with the scissors.... hopefully I can find something else to put over it, and save the McLaren BMW F-1 GTR body for bashing...
Kyo01.jpg

Also in the box was these cool rallycross Porsche 911 bodies. These will be awesome on my Schumachers... might even have to do a Nitro 10 911SE ;)
RallyX.jpg

Second box that arrived contained something unusual for me.... a NIB kit! Picked this up on eBay for an absolute steal.... it's an ARC R10 electric touring kit. Not that new, but can't be too old, judging by the spec - universals, carbon and alloy everywhere, oil filled diff and spool... think this will sit on the shelf for a while, until I work out what to do with it! Smallest kit box I've seen in a while, too.... no body, wheels or tyres included - pure Racer Mate stuff ;)

Osiris is the key.

Nice revtech collection, there’s 1 have I can’t see in your pics, a pink can with black sticker 14x2.

Twister were my motor of choice back in the day, before revtech arrived on the scene
