i've never really understood or felt comfortable with the concept of credit and carrying debt unless its a house loan or something.Eau Rouge wrote:Hahaha, that TrailFinder Jeep Edition is precisely the reason why I don't carry credit cards anymore. Life is better without debit.
although that bruiseruptor makes me consider getting out the plastic.

Re: crawler guys
Stay FAR away from those rigs like in that Ebay auction...it looks like a Komodo. Basically a hodgepodge of chinese knockoffs of RC4WD parts....
Depending on whether you like the scale stuff or the comp stuff, Axial has kits of each. And plenty of aftermarket support.
I build crawlers....mostly scalers.

I no longer have this rig....sold it to a guy in Austrailia as a bare chassis.

Re: crawler guys
I'm thinking about selling off a couple excess vintage cars and getting a crawler as they look fun and wouldn't just be collecting dust.
I like to build, so am leaning towards an axial as most of the others I have come across are RTR.
One question on axles, does anyone have any strong feelings eigher way on the worm-gear type axles?
They seem like an interesting idea, but there are very few that use them(only losi and one set I saw on rc4wd)
