That looks sweet. That is a great find. I picked up an Optima Mid SE a while back but no where near that nice.

This thread is about two Optima Mid models in the SWB segment. One Turbo Optima Mid and one Turbo Optima Mid SE being built side by side (those two yellow cars in the picture above).

Parts are taken from several mid cars I have in various shape....

Tinted belt and spur gear covers were stock on both the regular Mid, Turbo Mid and Turbo Mid SE. Clear covers came on the LWB models.
