This is not particularly exciting....
...but I'm glad to have found one.

Re: So what did you get in the post today ???
Finally found the matching front wheels. I was stoked and already mounted them to the matching tires!
Can't decide if I should white letter the tires...

Just got my new to me, Losi XX-CR. My first XX! Some of you probably saw it around on eBay. I made the seller an offer and the rest is history. Its in pretty good shape really, other than a bit dirty. I already cleaned it some and swapped out the rear truck tires prior to the photo op.

Re: So what did you get in the post today ???
Received two lots:
Lot #1 is mostly Kyosho Super10 FW-04 and GP Spider parts, with some Tamiya thrown in: Notable stuff includes alloy front uprights, 1 3/4 sets of FW-04 CVDs, hard suspension arms, and loads of FW-04 2-speed spurs.
Lot #2 is a Kyosho TF-3 with Team Atlas chassis conversion: The car is mostly Team Atlas parts, alloy uprights, c-hubs, delrin arms, shocks, diffs, universals, carbon parts, bumpers, hinge pin holders. The big surprise were the two small boxes. Full set of Team Atlas hinge pin holders (#2), 3/4 set of Kyosho hard hinge pin holders, 2x SPW-33, Team Atlas front one-way #2, unknown alloy C-hubs, Kyosho alloy center mount, misc. carbon bits, hard suspension arms, Kose steering set, ball diff x2, Cross front uprights and c-hubs, tons of Kyosho spares. Suddenly I feel quite a bit less bothered by the 150 bucks I paid for the lot...

Re: So what did you get in the post today ???
So after going through all of the parts, the two lots that I bought to complete two projects (FW-04 and TF-4 conversion) likely have enough parts to complete at least 4 more projects. Just the little cardboard box contains enough option parts to cover the price of both lots

I've been busy the last month. The Mud Blaster, The Frog and bottom Bullhead (rere) are NIB kits. The original Bullhead is in near mint condition but the rest need a lot of work! Should be a busy winter!

Picked up my painted body for the T2 (awesome), and snagged a couple ROAR approved blinky speedos - both for $75 to my door. My son's cars can move again since dad keeps borrowing his electronics

It's time to stand up to the bully. Support the companies that support the industry, not the ones that tear it down. Say no to Traxxas
