When I entered crawler in the search it returned 52 pages of posts mentioning crawler.
Maybe we could have a section for scalers, foff, desert bugs, rockracers and crawlers?

This morning I took my daughter along and she ended up running the car for about half a pack.

you guys think a 6gear all locked up with no diff action would be durable enough to use for a crawler tranny?

i would most likely use a stock tamiya silver can hooked up to a mpjet 4:1 planetary gear reduction.

Can anyone here point me in the direction of some very tall but narrow crawling tires and rims for a clod. i have 14mm wideners on it.Thanks.

Picked up a new toy today at the hobby shop. Just need to switch out the esc plug for a Deans. I was impressed with it just messing around in my front yard. I'm going to try an unglue the tires and replace the wheels with some Rc4wd Dick Cepek...

Overall this has been a good truck. I’ve stripped the servo horn last time out but it’s all fixed and ready to go. The salt water at the beach has not been kind to the some of the metal parts but it gives it s nice rusty patina.
