That is what I was afraid of. Thanks for confirming. As far as spur gear specifically, are there any sure immediate options? I gave my nephew an old truck I had and he immediately stripped the spur. I have another truck for display only, but not in front of me to see what may work.

I just picked one up from craigslist in person yesterday.It has chrome mip cvds,lunsford titanium purple tunrbuckles,heatsink motorplate,oneway front diff i guess cause not like the one in my other mt its smaller in width.Full bearings and 16 tires...

Pretty much the whole first gen rs4 series is interchangeable. If there were ever a design worth bringing back,, id say original rs4 and all its derivatives.

Just thought I would share the newest member of my RC family. It is an rc 10 with an Andy's chassis and rear body mount. It has RPM rear arms with buggy? arms out front and what looks to be standard buggy suspension out there. All I need to go fast...
