Eau Rouge's build has NO machining for the bearings, he is using B44 CVD's, I have the machined rear hubs and am using B4 Bones/Axles (I havent gotten my CVDs yet). For a stock arm & B4 rear carriers (only the hinge pin hole opened up), use the B44 stuff...no other modifications.

Thanks for the info! Will def keep it in mind. I have pretty much decided to keep my current gold pan as is. I'm planning on picking up another to do an old is new type of rc10.Heck I might just go nuts and get myself a sheet of cf and cut a graphite style chassis for that sort of build lol

Didnt take much really considering i already have a few other RC10s. Namely 2 T3s, a T4 and B4

So, how do you keep your freshly refinished chassis from getting all banged up? (YES, this is being built to race, not sit on a shelf...)

Here's a hint...

This one may be the first. If you want one, send them an e mail. I replied to let them know I got it today, I asked if they are going to add it to the site.

I know it took a bit for this one (about 2 weeks), they needed to set up the die for the chassis.

Next to the shock towers, this was the most expensive part I have bought for the car so far...($25)

That is going to look sick when it is done. Are you going to put it over the screws or run them through the protector?

as much as it pains me...over the screws. I know, if I have to pull something off its gonna get ugly.

after the painter shoots the body, he and i will attempt to "install" it...

I was wondering the same thing. It's getting close to putting chassis protector on my graphite runner.

Your's is going to look awesome

Very impressive. Your model RC10 is the very first RC10 I owned, unsure of what version of the gold tub it is. But I can't get over these builds. Might have to start looking for some old gold tub ebay cars.
