Cougar 2000 Wheels

Post by glowster21 »

Need some help as I'm having a good old fashioned brain cramp! Been a while since I had my last Cougar 2000, what type of wheel hubs are on the rear of the buggy? Are they the Cat style or the larger press fit Hex adapters?

I am looking for some rear hexes for my storm 2000. If they are U2197H I would certainly interested if previous poster is not.
I have not had any luck ordering from Schumacher USA.

Cheers

If you use the SST98 ones U1886 , these are 12mm hex , so you can use all the 12mm Hex wheels
from Kyosho or Tamiya.

If you got the plastic driveshafts U1511, you could use the SST2000-mission axle U2150 .
Then you also could use the Tamiya Wheels .

So 8rad , this way you can use all the HPI wheels on your Storm truck.

Jeroen,

I have lots of Schuey wheels I would like to use. The truck came with the hex for HPI wheels but those wheels are long gone.

Thanks for the info.
