Well its been sometime since i posted my car up here so i figured i would throw up a few
pics of how it looks since i first posted it almost 2 yrs ago.
I am not sure if i want to paint the body or leave it clear and i still have to find a
gear cover and batt strap for it as well as change out some hardware.
I have so many other projects going on this one never gets any attn.
I'd like to add some Ti Turnbuckles and the Purple countersunk washers so it matches the rest of my fleet.

Apologies if this has been discussed, search didn't warrant much relevant.... what is the consensus on filling shocks for a shelf car? I have a build in mind with vintage unassembled shocks, and I'm thinking to just use a little bit of shock oil...

If I know I'm not using the car I still use green slime and a few drops necessary to assemble the shocks, but I don't fill them. This way they stay lubricated and if I change my mind it's just a fill and bleed and off we go.

I agree with Lavigna about stock losi colors on the springs but think that blue is just too much blue. The more I look at it I like the orange for the contrast. I'm an Illini fan though so it just makes sense to me 8)
