Don´t know this car but the TAG Coyote 4WD where I had a preproduction car. Of course the car has gone long ago but I still have a prototype front oneway and universals with special wheel adapters for 3 bolt wheels as Hotshot or PB Mini Mustang. This units never were released to the public. Too expensive.
The Coyote had very good drive train and suspension just the aluminium chassis was a little too soft.
Going through one of my old offroad boxes I found some parts again I got when driving a preproduction TAG car, I think this was the TAG Pro10. Thought some guys might be interested in seeing such parts.
The production car later should use a...
This is the actual TAG Pro10 RCMC review car (Sept '88), complete with optional central roller clutch and alloy motor mount (neither of which i have seen before) supplied by Phil Greeno. I was offered this as a loft find by...

I haven’t fitted the attack angle kit yet. I was too excited about sourcing the original shell and getting the stickers right on that. It is on my list of things to do though!
So.... i have posted a few of my old race cars on the forum already, and they are the usual RC10 and Yokomo offerings, but when i was just getting into R/C i always lusted after the adverts of the TAG Coyote which was posted in Radio Race Car...

This will be a...

I first saw one of these on Tamiyaclub back in 2006. First impressions were, what were they on?
After much investigation and research, I decided that I would buy one and modify it for running. There's no way I could shelve something this...

Absolutely. The suspension is a strange choice for a buggy. In stock form it sits high off the ground with the arms at full droop. The springs seem a little stiff. If you've seen the two YouTube videos on the Navajo it bounces around a lot on rough...
I'm thinking this is probably a Tag not SG Coyote based on the fact that it has TAG on the speedo , i think i got lucky with this one as its so complete , even the broken top arm and missing dog bone seen in the Ebay pictures were in the box that...
Hello new to this board, I am 46 from Italy and currently mega happy for my latest find, a barn find...3 rc cars that i considered lost in the early 90's. An Sg Tag coyote 4wd (kyosho megamotor) 1/10 buggy, a Tamiya Porsche 959 Dakar rally model...
