I'll decide on the RCsrewz kit when I start disassembly of the truck. If I'm missing any and/or some screws are in bad shape, I'll definitely buy it. This is going to be a fall/winter project.

A couple of my body posts are warped/curved. Anyone know if they happen to be the same as the Stadium Blitzer body posts? And if there's a place that might have replacement parts? The only parts I'm able to come up with are a FXT E-parts bag, Stadium Blitzer dog-bones and factory front and rear tires (which I purchased those items).

Found a pdf copy of the FXT instruction manual yesterday, in case someone comes across this post in search of a copy.

Here's a pic of mine how I received it. Before I start working on it.

The opportunity was there. So got me another one. Will build both of these side-by-side. The orange one showed up with a vintage Kyosho Le Mans 480 Gold motor.

Finally getting around to making the FXT body. Got some light filling and sanding to do on the rough casting, but turned out pretty decent.

Every time I see this thread, I kick myself for not buying a FXT when I had the chance a couple years ago.

After thinking about it, I learned some tips from this first go-round to make a much better casting. So I'm going to make a second casting which will have a much smoother outcome. I have a stack of polycarbonate sheets to repo the body. So indeed, I'm making repo FXT bodies for those who desire. Free of charge of course, I can't legally market and sell the body. All I'll ask is to cover shipping. There are a few lined up waiting for the finish goods.

I searched for about 6 to 7 or so years for a FXT. Then out of nowhere, from last July to November, I noticed three of them that came up for sale. Which I bought the first two. I would've bought the third one, but backed off the auction just shy of $300 because my conscience started feeling greedy. That one sold a little over $300. Now I kinda wish I would've said the heck with it and snatched it up. If I end up finding another, I'll get it.

And FYI. I've recently been in contact with Nathaneal at MCI to produce FXT window masks. So now they offer window masks along with their FXT decal set. Also contacted RCScrewz, and they will have FXT screw kit and bearing kit available after I test fit the kits, which are currently in the mail.

The one that I seen was cheap, like stupid cheap. But I was shopping for a 10T at the time so I wasn't really interested in it.

Not being able to find a FXT, I did rebuild a Stadium Blitzer instead. Not quite the same but its a nice truck.

Just offered to give needed information so they could market and supply the items for the r/c community. Specifying I expected nothing in return, Keith was generous enough to offer a set of screws and bearings at no charge.
