What size pinion gear and spur gear?

So what size pinion and spur should i run in my gold pan buggy with stealth tranny and a Reedy Sonic 13.5 brushless?

All I know is the stock pinion calls for a 48p, 21tooth for the stealth cars, I went with that for a starting point.

Miles is running a 72/28 with his 13.5 running no boost- 5 min qualifiers are coming off at 150f

Ok so i shouldnt start with the 81 tooth spur on it?

You can, but you can't get enough gear on the pinion to get any punch

No boost 17.5 I was running 33/69 :)

No boost 13.5 I would drop about 4-5 teeth (so 28-29)...same range that Reggie said.
