body difference

Post by scr8p »

does anyone know the difference between the proline deja vu (3080-00), and the deja vu tu (3090-00) buggy bodies? is it just what car they fit?

ok, i figured out that the deja vu tu came in the b3 factory team kit. it had a shorter rear tower due to the body being a lower profile.

would i be correct in figuring that the deja vu was for a standard b3 kit?

This is saying that both the team and factory team versions had the deja vu tu and low rear shock tower http://www.teamassociated.com/ae/b3/kitb3.htm

Probably have to watch ebay for basic kits to come up and see what they had..

that's where i found the info from my 2nd post. but, i missed it under the team kit, though.

was the b2 offered in a team or factory team version? maybe it came with that one. i think the standard b3 kits just came with an ae body. could be wrong. :?

There was not a Factory Team B2. The Deja Vu was issued as standard equip with the B3 Updated. Prior to the B3 Updated, the B3 came with a standard AE body with a vent on the side.

No, I will not help you with your dorky short course truck…sorry, it’s against my religion. If it's not a 1/10 scale buggy...I don't care.
