What are you gonna do to allow you to adjust the chain tension? As the chain wears, it'll stretch and you'll need to factor that into your design plans.

I'm pretty sure the original AYK VIPER had no adjustment for chain tension as standard but what if there was just a ball raced wheel and arm to tension the chain?
