Shotgun body was, from memory, a Parma item... not sure of the exact model though. Repro decals used to be available from Willy at PandaGFX.com, but I'm not sure that's the case any more.

Here is a Storm wheel. Measures should be sort of ok.
From the back edge of the rim to the bottom of the castle: 12ish mm.
Front to surface of wheel nut: 32,5ish mm.

maybe your car had the b3 conversion installed. or, worn out parts were just replaced.
i don't know off hand what all came in those conversion kits.

DS is kinda unique there. You could use standard axles and DS bones. You may also be able to source some CVD type axles, but it would have to be a mix and match gamble kind of thing. maybe a TC3 or NTC3 something might be a usable source. I think...
