Pre 10T Bodys?

What period correct bodies are available at the moment for pre 10T trucks, I'm looking for something more MT than ST?

Does anyone know what bodies came with each conversion, Proline, Andys, JG etc?

I'm not sure if the bodies in this thread http://www.rc10talk.com/viewtopic.php?f=36&t=8436 pre-date the 10T?

Apparently McCallister can still pull them? I'm looking to get the Kingcab, Toyota Extra Cab and Ironman Toyota. If they do let, me know if you want any.

I saw that thread, they're all nice bodies but just a bit too stadium / race truck for my liking, I'm looking for something a little more Blackfoot style.

I've had a good look at TBG who seem to have a few that might fit the bill style wise but I'm not sure about period.
