Wow it's been a while since I posted any updates. I have had a new router for a couple years and using it along with my SO3. This router is a rack and pinion 48"x48" with a 2.2kw water cooled spindle. I was loading up 36x48 sheets for a while. With taking over VintageRC and cutting so much more carbon lately I decided to reconfigure the new machine to optimize for the multiple sheet sizes. I have this set up for 4 panels of 500x600 in varying thicknesses. On my small machine I swap out the panels, on this router they are just different offsets.

Returning the thread back to topic. In all honesty, I really do appreciate you guys that can understand technology and make it work for you. I can barely turn on a computer to do the stuff (not things :P ) that I have to do, and I've got a compugeek at my disposal to set it all up for me. Left to my own devices, I literally wouldn't have one. I'm an analog guy trapped in a digital world. :(
