Andy's arms and .71 shocks.

As anyone who has tried to use Andy's front arms with .71 shocks knows, it just doesn't work. Unlike the newer AE and RPM arms, they don't have the outer holes.

While putting together information on different shocks, I noticed that the length difference between .56 and .71 shocks was very close to that between .71 and .89 shocks.

Knowing that Jeff makes towers for use with .89 length (and big bore) shocks, I got him to make me one.

This one is the A&L style but he also has Worlds and Team Car styles.

At ride height, without any limiters.

Bottomed out, with about 1/8" of shock travel remaining.

Full droop.

Always looking for new and interesting ways to waste money.

I want to use my Andy's arms off my graphite chassis. Are the B44 cvd still the correct length?

I see some using RPM GT rear hubs, any mods to fit those on the rear?

On the fronts, i see some using B4 hub, knuckles, and spindles. Will these fit...

I thought because the arms where longer than the stock ones they would work.
andy's arms are the same length as stock rc10 arms, not longer.

has anyone else had issues with severe binding of the dogbone in the left side trans outdrive? my 2 molded chassis with the trailing arms have the same problem. the only way i seem to be able to fix the problem is to use the long bronze bushings in...

Did Andy's make rear arms for the JRX2, I have been looking but haven't seen anything. I do have a set of fronts...

As an added bit a trivia, the Andys normal JRX2 arms are called part # 3800 Lightweight Front Arms on the package. But I had a set come into the store a year ago or more and they are actually heavier than the originals. So interesting how they...

I am rebuilding an old RC10 that has a pair of white front Andy's arms. I also located a pair of white rears to go with them. Does anybody know if these can be whitened up with the peroxide and UV trick? Not a huge deal but the pairs don't quite...

RPM molded Andy's parts. Richard Royall (RPM) did an interview a few years ago and mentioned that tidbit. Of course S&K eventually marketed Andy's parts.

I got a pair of used Andy's A Arms for the front of my Turbo Ultima. Right now I have the stabilizer set on the front, I assume this needs to come off if I go with the Andy's arms. What about the adjustable tie rods? They will be short, correct?...

I recently bought a parts car that has Andy's arms on it. How does the length of these particular Andy's arms compare to the Dynotech Klein arms that folks use on the WOIN builds ? I believe these to be the middle of the three lengths of Andy's arms...

those rpm arms are already on a standard buggy nose in your picture :wink:

yes, use those arms with a standard buggy nose. if you want to use b4 wheels on the front, you should use this kit:
