Yep since the motor is flipped the polarity is reversed. Not a problem on a modified motor but a timed super stock type motor would be unhappy. Usually you flip the top shaft and cut the motor plate, if you can't flip polarity.

Very cool build. Years ago, I got lucky and scored a Lucas Agitator Pro-10 on eBay, it's a really cool chassis for sure.

Not all motors are happy to be run in the reverse direction for continuous operation.

Now that I think about my conversions they are all gas to electric so they were all mid motor to start with. So they are probably all running the correct direction anyways.
