I finally got my stuff in, and overall, like it a lot!

The color is probably just about perfect, if trying to be universally appealing. I think I would maybe want a single shade more white, but by doing that, it would probably be considered too white by many purists. Its just about that shade that I would leave my normal parts under the UV for a bit longer thinking they would get a little whiter, but actually wouldn't. Again, I think the color is great, universally speaking.

JosephS mentioned a couple of days ago that the parts sound / feel like dehydrated original parts. I would agree and maybe go as far to say that they feel a little harder than old parts, and the "bounce" sound is a little crisper. I think the material used is just a bit harder than the original nylon. Not sure if that makes it more brittle, or just harder.

The pics below are RC Fan parts on the left 2/3, and originals on the right 1/3. Under two different lighting conditions.

The parts need to be hydrated. I just did that and they now sound proper

Why is there a Hex Hole in the caster blocks.

I am pretty sure that I have originals that have that exact same hole.

Strangely enough, he showed a picture on Facebook of a set of carriers with that hex, the same as you have confirmed. Maybe it is intended to help keep the hinge pin from rotating in the arms, vs the carrier? I can't say I've seen a pair myself.

Yeah, if you look at a factory black, fiber reinforced castor block you can see the pin holes are more of a hex than a round hole.

No I just stuck them in a tub of water and waited.
