I also modeled the Hotshot2 Underguard and had to modify a bit my Bottomplate design to allow the HS2 underguard to fit perfectly.
I also modified my Bottomplate design from 5 ribs to 4 ribs to keep a continuous (visual) flow between the parts.

And here are the parts I printed.
Here the parts are white because they're printed in SLA resin. The final product will be MJF PA12 black dyed nylon for the best shock resistance.

Let's begin the building process...
I start by attaching the Steering servo on the Bottomplate

Next I carefully slide the Centerframe on the Bottomplate.

Then we snap the whole onto the Right Frame.

We must align the bottom and upper holes between the frame (R), the Bottomplate and Centerframe ;)

Next is the Driverplate. I attach it to the rear gearbox with 2 M3x30 screws.

I almost forgot to attach the driver head. M3x8 Flathead tapping screw to the rescue

Here I can confirm that the lower M3x30 screw doesn't touch the propeller joint.
It is written in the OG Hotshot manual but the lower M3x30 screw is too long and touch the propeller joint IF you forget to slide the 5mm spacer onto the screw.
If it is the case, adjust the screw length (add collar, spacer, or simply use a shorter screw).

The tricky part: assembling the front gearbox.
1. insert the propeller shaft onto either side gearbox (front or rear)
IMG_4739_resize.JPG
2. slide the shaft through the centerframe
IMG_4740_resize.JPG
3. simply insert the front gearbox into the frame (R)
Be careful not to crush the tip of the frame (L) as it can be fragile if you force it.

Then I can enclose the whole with the frame (L). Just slide it onto the front gearbox and the centerframe, driverplate.

Now I place the front stailizer brackets in front of the frames.

IMG_4744_resize.JPG
Check carefully if the holes are aligned
IMG_4747_resize.JPG
And use M3x15 tapping screws to attach the frames to the front gearbox
