Shiny , there's excellent chrome paints these days as well , you could do the lot :D
If a jobs not worth doing then its certainly not worth doing well.

Chrome is a plating. It looks like polished aluminum to me. And no, you can never have too many shiny bits.

Yes, of course it's just polished aluminum. Not for lack of trying though. I emailed multiple chrome plating companies to get everything done in real chrome and got 0 responses. Had to settle for polished aluminum and "chrome" spray paint on the plastic bits. Funnily enough, the cheap rustoleum chrome was the best, even out performing $25+ cans that claimed to be "the chromiest chrome paint ever". Whatever, I'm happy with it.

I've always preferred polished aluminum myself as it just looks better than chrome to me. A lot more effort has to go into doing it as well which is respectful. Either way, keep up the good work. :)

As others pointed out already...polished aluminum. But nothing says "class" like adding a bunch of aluminum-nums to your car. Chrome-plated plastic just has a cheapness to it.

Now you'll need to update your avatar picture!

My avatar is one of my other Hornets! It wears the original body from this one.
