I gave up all sugar, all dairy, all starches, a good portion of fruits, and anything processed. I gave up most everything from the center part of the store. I gave up everything quick and easy. Tonight was chicken and vegetables.

I just got back from Puerto Vallarta, the all inclusive resorts are so inviting, but yet soooo unhealthy. Loved it! Every flipppin minute!

The food and the weather, ohhh man.

I went from minus 28C (-18F) to 26C (79f) for a solid 7 days and it was awesome!! I will post a few pics of the food soon.

I really like these thin Mama Mary's crusts. Kinda like a blank canvas when you're lazy or another Monday night project runs later than expected. Bacon, cheddar and onion pizza. With Tabasco for good measure. Served on the fine China...

Leftover baby back rib meat and mac and cheese from the weekend make a nice quesadilla with some cheddar and jalapenos. Healthy too!

Some nice sweet and spicy wings! Grilled them first a rub then some sweet and spicy sweet baby Ray's and back on the grill for a couple minutes. HAPPY 4TH!

Made these to impress the mother-in-law (we get along great, actually) a couple of weeks back. I forgot I took pictures to show my bbq enthusiast buddy. I saw THUMBS' Ribeyes and thought I'd share them with you all.

I've really been vibing off of the 'country style' pork ribs on my traeger knock off (camp chef). I resisted a pellet smoker for the longest time, but when I came across the deal and my charcoal smoker was in need of replacement, I bit the bullet. Very happy I did. I've done all kinds of stuff on it, bbq beans, mac-n-cheese, ribs, chicken, beef, poorman's burnt ends (uses hot dogs) and other assorted items. Smoked a handful of 'grilled' vegetables as well. So far, I've put nearly 100 pounds of pellets through this thing
