I did the final test assembly today and everything fits together well. Screw holes will self thread, or you can run a tap through them. It's all nice and tight. Soon I'll get one assembled for off road testing. The parts all seem durable, but I wouldn't run them on a modern track. Beefing them up would take away from the vintage look, so they are what they are. Any other newly designed stuff I do will be sure to take some abuse. It will be cool to dye a set too and see how it all comes out.

Here are the ball cups I'm working on. Just need to do a little more test printing and get the tolerances right.
