Re: Are we ready to add an RC10T ReRe section?

I am so happy to see that Cliff and Curtis are still involved with AE -- with Cliff as senior engineer consultant and Curtis as racing product development director. According to Linkedin, former company president Shawn Ireland left AE late last year and even former marketing director Jeff Johns (Ax...

Re: RC10 - A Stamp Rebuild - Chipped Idler Gear

The newer editions of the gears are beige. That was for the 2013 as well as the cc release. Does anyone know if they are sturdier than the original gears? Would also be curious to know the answer to this. Just catching up on this thread... The idler gears on both the 2013 and the 2024 40th car are ...

Re: RC10 Classic 40th anniversary

The reach of ebay is where it is worth the extra percentage. I try to steer people to the website to save money once they know that we exist. I do find it odd that amain is oos on the website but was selling on ebay though, seems like a way to lose money on a sure thing The reach is an interesting ...

Re: RC10 Classic 40th anniversary

Amain has already sold (14) on ebay, https://www.ebay.com/itm/126470774627 Their site shows out of stock still. https://www.amainhobbies.com/team-associated-rc10-classic-40th-anniversary-1-10-electric-2wd-buggy-kit-asc6007/p1555122 Funny thing is that they are not selling at an inflated price and t...

Re: #6007 RC10 40th Classic Kit

Reviewing all three manuals side by side, 2013 RC10 Classic, 2023 RC10 Classic Clear, and the 2024 RC10 Classic. Basically they are all reformations of the 2013 manual. The CC manual has a few errors (as pointed out) but essentially AE removed all references to 'thread lock' and added the word 'Clea...

Re: RC10 Classic 40th anniversary

My Amain order has shipped and is showing movement, so a couple of days before they said they would. Shipped from Charlotte, so that is nice. And with only a 4 day delay or so, I will gladly give my retail markup to Amain instead of AE. I don't get the paper manual grind. I haven't built a car actu...

Re: #6007 RC10 40th Classic Kit

Hi from the uk,I've got one on pre order, but have to say I'm disappointed that they now come with black screws and not the gold/green ones, that and no instruction manual, and no front anti rollbar takes the shine off it, I've only put £25 deposit down, I'm seriously considering cancelling it Agre...
