Re: RC10 Graphite #6030

I'm having a dilemma..... I picked this kit up about a year ago, it's the RC10 Graphite , #6030. It is brand new in the box, still has the plastic wrap on it. My dilemma is, now that I've had it for a year, I don't know what to do with it....lol. I don't know if I should leave it as is, untouched, ...

Re: b3 factory team body question

All these recent B2/B3 builds have motivated me to complete my original B3 Factory Team that I bought back when it came out (build thread coming :) I dug out the body and it is a 'PRO-LINE DEJA-VU TU' which according to my manual was used in both the "Team" and "Factory Team" car...

Re: Old-style (not beer) dirt tracks missed.

I'm sure your right. My glory days of tracks were roughly 88-93 or so. The tires used today on most dirt would have been useless. I did most of my racing on a track that was on Park District land, I can't imagine that these days. I bet you and I crossed paths on some of those park district tracks. ...

Re: RC10 B2 build

I don't have a manual for it but was thinking trinity maybe. Hi Mike, You can get electronic copies of the B2 manuals here https://www.teamassociated.com/cars_and_trucks/RC10B2/Team/manuals_setups/ . However, I wouldn't mind getting my hands on a hard copy of the manual as well  You lookin...

Re: My first attempt with an air brush

Looks good! I have been wanting to try my hand at airbrushing as well so thanks for posting this, I was curious about the water based paints and how well they adhere to the bodies. Sounds like backing it with something else helps create the bond to seal everything together. Interested in what airbru...

Re: RC10 B2 build

Found a set of nip b2 2 hole rear arms for 1.00 at a local hobby shop going out of business. Nice! So is the consensus that the early B2 has 2-hole rear arms and later B2s went to three-hole? I have two sets of B2 arms and they are both 3-hole. Interestingly enough I have three B3s at home includin...

Re: Feedback

Wanted to take a moment to leave some positive feedback for Sabula Tech. I pretty much bought every B2 part in stock and was super happy when he got in a pair of reasonably priced diff out drives as the ones on EBay are just insanely priced. Shipping was super fast as well. Thanks again for everythi...

That's pretty cool, way to keep it in the family and get an opportunity to share it with your son. Your uncle sounds like a pretty awesome guy in his own right as well. Looking forward to more pics!

Re: Off topic...my first modern buggy!

I have to admit that is a pretty sharp looking car for $49, what is it's retail without the special deal?

BTW, totally agree on the Tamiya bearing comment. Avid RC makes its living off selling $1 bearing, there is no excuse for bushings anymore...

Re: Scary ordeal at 3am

Hope you feel better. The not being able to breath is very scary! I speak from experience as it feels like you are drowning, not a good feeling. If it continues, please go see a doctor asap! Now for the bad news. You are 31, it's all downhill for the body bro! Things just don't work like the did wh...
