Thanks! So if I am looking to primarily run on dirt/clay, revolution would be the way to go. Appreciate it.jwscab wrote:revolution has rubber seals on one side to better protect the internals. worth it if you are running in wet or dusty environments, or aren't on the cutting edge of speed.

Re: My RC10 World's Re-Re Pre-Build Q's
Kit bearings are fine mate. BB shocks are definitely not a must, I do recommend BB springs on the small bore shocks. Very easy an you get most of the benefits without the weight.. Any 1/4" by 3/8 flanged bearings will work, check out avid rc... Stock strap is fine when used with 4/40 thumb scre...

My RC10 World's Re-Re Pre-Build Q's
Hello, I have a kit ready to start but since I am still fresh into the hobby (actually returned after 30 years) I'd like to have a thread where I can ask questions and get advice w/o starting fresh threads each time. In this case, I can have everything in one place for me to reference (and others to...

Re: Where Do You Charge Your Lipos ?
You guys are talking allot about the lipo's, but my fire http://www.rc10talk.com/viewtopic.php?f=39&t=35188 was actually caused by the charger. So please always place the charger in a safe place where it can't catch anything around it on fire. Always use fire proof bag or metal NATO type ammo b...

Re: My Hotshot Re-Re's 1st Run
Nice car. I have my original sitting on a shelf. When I took it for a spin it seemed so slow. I remember it being so much faster back in 86 lol. Rose coloured glasses I guess Thanks! I certainly don't have my original anymore (my folks finally threw it away a few years back..sad, but my fault as I ...

My Hotshot Re-Re's 1st Run
Hi all,
Excited to finally get my HS re-re up and running. My 7 yr old daughter and I took it for a spin today. This are videos of her ripping it up. Brings me back to my original HS II in the 80s!

Re: Fresh Worlds build and a few questions
Great job on the build! After reading through I realized you're the same guy that posted about the HW ESC and Motor and helped me with some soldering notes. I will be following along if you have further updates. That parts list you posted from your orders a few posts ago is super informative. Thanks!

Re: Introduction
Welcome! I just returned (sort of) from a 30 year hiatus...with many false starts back to this hobby the last few years. My younger one is finally to an age where I can not feel "too" bad when I suggest I want to do something for myself. I can't imagine being in any hobby with very young k...

Re: Where Do You Charge Your Lipos ?
Well...I just ordered one. I was order #902....The 902nd guinea pig...haha
Although I won't have a need to charge any Lipos for a while (my RC10 build will be taking it's time), I will report back on how the product is.

Re: Where Do You Charge Your Lipos ?
Yes, I've seen all of those videos.
I do hate that bat-safe uses the scare tactic to sell but it works for me since I am scared!
Have you purchased this yet? I was close last night but wanted to think about this a bit more....

Re: Where Do You Charge Your Lipos ?
Yes, that's right. There are some very important claims that make this different than others, especially home made charging stations. The fact that you can safely pick the box up and take it outside to let it flame out and not have the fumes inside your house is huge. You can't do that w/ a lipo bag...

Re: Where Do You Charge Your Lipos ?
Hi all, Does anyone have one of these or heard of it? http://www.bat-safe.com/web/ I posted this on another forum and got basically nothing, which was a bit surprising. I am a complete newbie so reading about LiPos scare the living heck out of me. I am also looking to prevent stink eye from my wife ...
