There are some really good builds this month. I voted for the one that has some of my parts. :D

Ship the buggy to me and I will solder it up for you at no cost. Great work, and that is definitely a BOTM winner right there.

Are you referring to that particular variant or bubble gum as a whole? I'm sort of craving some pink Big League Chew right now. :D

Re: andy's molded pro race kit

Did this ever get finished? I see USPS Priority tape on the box. Did the seller just slap a shipping label on the box and send it?

Re: January 1991 radio race car Andy’s pro race article

I posted this one up a few years ago. Note the Jrx2 steering link turnbuckle and the incorrect (short a-arm version) rear tower with trailing arms installed. :) http://overrc.com/vintage/documentation/archives-de-mike/Andy%27s%20RC10%20Pro%20race%20kit.pdf If the url above ever croaks I can link to ...

Those pink Trinity/Epic 36 degree stock motors were super popular bitd. I plan on using a S&K variant in an upcoming build.

Re: So what did you get in the post today ???

All the way from Santa Ana, CA. Original boxes were damaged, and the seller tossed them before asking me if I wanted them. Fortunately the bags are sealed, and the chassis is unscathed. I’ll be posting a build thread on the truck version soon. I’m not chomping at the bit to build the buggy though. I...

Re: Original Worlds Car Wheel Color

I have a nib late all black 6037 Worlds kit, and the wheels are neon yellow. However, the shades can and do vary based on how much sunlight they have been exposed to. Here's an example of a few shades of the neon yellow.

Tekin Active-Link Chassis Kit - ACK B01 & T01

This manual is on Tekin's website as a pdf, so I just extracted the images and enhanced them a bit. I will be building up a new truck kit soon, and I figured that I would reference the manual at some point. https://www.teamtekin.com/manuals/TekinChassisKit.pdf TekinChassisKit_Page_1_.jpg TekinChassi...

Re: Brushed motor cans & endbells

It's worth noting that Lightspeed never used a Checkpoint aluminum endbell, so the former owner swapped it out at one point. Checkpoint sold bulk platinum cans (and possibly alum endbells) to Fantom though, and they used their own arms and endbells.

Lowgear, when you have time there’s nearly 2 dozen Team Pit Stop motors listed at the bottom of the instructions that your could add to your guide.
