Re: My RC10 Graphite Team Car
Where did you get the second Graphite? Is it gonna get a paint job like the new one? That was an older ebay find but I ended up selling it. I do have another graphite, the original 6 gear one and these two will be keepers. I put another Ultrahive body on it even it is wrong for the car. I wish he c...

Re: My RC10 Graphite Team Car
I think this is done. If I can find period correct and new electrics I may add them but I'm perfectly happy without them also. This was not really a project but more like a cool build with no need to refurbish or search for parts. All the parts were in the box and I just put this together. I'm also ...

Re: My RC10 Graphite Team Car
Didn't feel bad at all but took some time to start with this again. Stealth is now build and soon the whole car. https://live.staticflickr.com/65535/47701605291_0f70eb17ac_b.jpg https://live.staticflickr.com/65535/32758328277_01cac8b58d_b.jpg https://live.staticflickr.com/65535/47730772881_27a4325b7...

Re: My 870c
I found a new set on ZC-400 rod ends(I hope they are the correct ones), all the battery posts and also wing mounts. So basically only things missing now are battery straps and the bumper. Did the original bumper have Yokomo logo? I found those 3D printed. I like the protech IV body more but somehow ...

Re: My 870c
OK, thanks! Yes, it’s missing one post and both straps. Also four link ends are not original and there is no front bumper. So if someone has any of those for sale please let me know. This came with what I believe is Protech 4 body and matching pan. Is it correct for the car or should it be the one w...

My 870c
This is my only Yokomo car and don’t know much about them. Looks like it’s been used very little if at all but missing some parts. Are you able to identify which model it is and year it was build? I would like to restore it as close to original as possible. 0029C9DD-C2F2-485B-B675-69B2D0C92B59.jpeg ...

Re: My RC10 Graphite Team Car
Some progress. Looks like this build will take time but what's the rush. It's been waiting in the box for almost 30 years so few months more are quite acceptable. https://farm8.staticflickr.com/7826/40145916453_010c6634a3_b.jpg Stealth will be next. Almost feels bad to open the bags but then again n...

Re: My RC10 Graphite Team Car
I couldn't resist beginning with the build so here we go. And why not build two at the same time?

Re: My RC10 Graphite Team Car
Yes, I love them too. I'm not so much into gold pans, probably because Graphite was one of my first real RC cars.
I also assure there will not be a single re-re part in this one.

My RC10 Graphite Team Car
I finally found a pretty good Graphite Team Car. I had been looking for one for very long long time so I just couldn’t let this one slip through my fingers. As there is really nothing to rebuild I will take time with the build and yes, I will also paint the body. This looks to be a complete kit alth...

Re: RC10 bodies on the NIX10M
I destroyed the old Protech so had to get a new one. I like how it fits but next time will try something else.

Re: Graphite Runner/Vonats Maybe?
Good looking car! You could use big bore springs to avoid spring rubbing on the shock body. And they also look better as they're all black.

Re: My RC10 Graphite runner
I made chassis protector out of 0.5mm lexan sheet. If that does not work I will have to find a way to get Mattox one as thy don't ship internationally anymore.

Re: My RC10 Graphite runner
OK, I think I will just make some pink dots for AE wheels then. I like them Yokomo wheels but finding adapters looks to be too hard (or expensive).

Re: My RC10 Graphite runner
Yes, I have 3/16" axles. Does anyone know if TH-8 could be used with them?
And the front adapter needs flanged bearings? Are they the same as original RC-10 front wheel bearings?
