The motor plate also looks quite nice, with countersunk/recessed screws on the bottom and areas milled out for weight savings. Do you guys think that the milling was done by AE or the previous owner? .....milling work NOT FACTORY............I have a bunch of NIP servo savers for this car if you wan...

Removing paint from Associated's nylon wheels?

Guys, I have some old front RC10 rims that are painted. I want to strip the paint and dye them. What can I use to strip the paint that won't hurt the nylon? Any suggestions?

whattt????????????? that looks just like my rc300, the only thing different is the top part where the fuel tank is at??/ in the instructions it says rc300/250....must be the same. you said that was from around 1992???? in this associated history website it said the rc300 debuted in 1974 or 75 or 79...

the rc 250 and 300 are esssentially the same. the one difference is that the 250 had a solid axle and the 300 has a ball differential in the rear. i have been told by Rick Davis that it is the molded nylon front arms that make it an rc300, not the ball diff........ :?: http://www.rcmagvintage.com/r...
