So long as you use rims from a NITRO evader bx, you should be good.

The rear duratrax rims shown in the previous post wouldn't work. They are from the electric evader bx. You would want rims from the nitro evader bx as they have a deeper dish, probably closer to what you would want for an early rc10. The ball on the dogbone end of the evader driveshaft is to large to fit in the outdrive of an associated gearbox.
I once tried installing my spare B3 gearbox into my evader BX pro. The stealth copy gearbox of the evader runs larger diameter outdrives compared to associated.
