Need some informatin on a MIP SP3 diff disassembly

Hey gang, Need a little help, with the above mentioned diff. I am tearing my MIP gearbox down, to do a little maintenance on it, and now that I am to the diff, I cannot for the life of me, figure out how to get it (the diff) apart. I see that there is a small grub screw on the side of the diff that ...

Re: Hot Trick Optima

Ah hell no!!!!!!! You are killing me Erich! Let me simply quote the Hot Trick motto- "Hot Trick Stuff, The American Answer to Off Road Racing!" Is there any more to say?? I am only half serious of course. I enjoy hunting for these conversion parts, building them and admiring them. I believ...

Re: Hot Trick RC10 Build

Hi Mike, Here is a picture of the rear shock mount with the Touch of Class "built into it:" http://www.tcphotos.com/pc_userimages/3729/generated/img3729_15022008064138_1_350.jpg I copied this picture from an ebay auction, for personal reference only, so if the owner of this car sees this, ...

Re: Hot Trick RC10 Build

Mike, that car is simply awesome! Regarding the Touch of Class wire thing- they made that in natural fiberglass and red fiberglass. Also, they made a rear shock mount in red fiberglass, that had the Touch of Class built right into the plate.

Re: Aftermarket Rough Rider

That one you snagged is just as cool, Jay. The chassis plate even looks great, with the holes in it. He obviously had a drill press and a ruler, unless you could buy them like that? That baby definately has the works. Dare I ask if it came with a diff? I dont know about you guys, but I would take on...

Hey Lexan, that car was on ebay? I thought I remembered seeing it on Tamiyaclub. What was the sale price, and do you remember who the seller and the buyer were?

Advice on a Clod Project

Hey guys, Just wondering if anybody has seen one of these before: http://tamiyaclub.com/getuserimage.asp?t=&id=img3729_26102006055538_2.jpg I bought it some time ago, off of where else, but Ebay, and keep wanting to get it running, but never know where to start. Some things are a little out of w...

Re: New here with an off the wall question ...

Awesome car brother! Why cant I get a truck load of RC stuff for $50???? Sorry, to the point: that must have been a common design for these piano wire set ups. Here is mine: http://tamiyaclub.com/getuserimage.asp?t=&id=img3729_21032005214235_1.jpg Mine is definately homemade, as there are plenty...

Re: Hot Trick RC10

Can't say I have ever seen that front shock mount before. Looks just like the HT Wide Foot front, except for the fact that it has those little tabs at the top, instead of just going straight up and terminating. The problem with the RC10 Hot Trick set up, is that the side plates (body mounts) came wi...

Re: RPS Yokomo SE

Sarcastic, and the humor is killer. Have you guys ever seen any of their game shows: Go to youtube, and look for a clip of a Japanese game show, where they do practical jokes on people. One episode has these specially designed porta potties, or, portable restrooms.....basically, they are set up in a...

Hey Tak,

Tell your friend Tanaka about this site, and have him use Babelfish to post his threads. He can type everything, then just use Babelfish.com to translate into English for us, and it is nothing harder than cutting and pasting text. Same with reading all of our nonsense.
