Re: ID help battery connectors
Thank you. I appreciate that and I'd be happy to have them...I'd like to try a change from the tamiya style for a build and these are "half way there"...
I also have plenty of odds and ends if there is something I can help you with

ID help battery connectors
I've got this esc set up (old Novak T-1X) with connectors I haven't seen before, and can't find now. It's a "blade" style with plus and minus on opposite sides of the blade, and is a "one-way" fit. I like the not quite Novak orange and it'll be for a vintage "mutt" runn...

What exactly does 2.2" wheel mean? (Tires and wheels)
Sorry for what may be a question with an obvious answer. I'm just wading back in RC and determined to finish some restorations started years ago, and also to run some older cars I have. I'm trying to understand the measurement standards for wheels and tires. I'm not following the differences between...

Re: How to fit RC10 type front rims on Tamiya 5mm axles
its the hot trick metal "brace" that allows use of rc10 shocks, but when using as the fox kit the tamiya front arms bolt on to it, including hubs thru to axle.... isnt this a crp adapter part that works? I want to make sure this will do the trick... http://cgi.ebay.com/TEAM-CRP-1557-FRONT-...

How to fit RC10 type front rims on Tamiya 5mm axles
I am doing a Fox/Hot Trick conversion, which uses the HT RC10 front end...in keeping with that I'd like to use RC10 sized rims (Aluminum JPS deals)...problem is the Tamiya axle is 5mm so I need to get from there to the standard 3/16th?? ID bearing/bushing...I've seen this topic covered the "oth...

Re: Reccos to finish this build, Progress and what body????
MikeDealer, I had a set of alloy cranks that I used which offset the trailing arm blocks nicely....I would be interested in the MIP set up if you have a spare to trade or sell--not sure of the difference between old version and new version though. For the shock tower, I used a Parma Graphite piece.....

Reccos to finish this build...MIP Trailing Arms w SP-1 trans
Here is a project that I am in the middle of... http://www.toybaron.com/images/miptrailingarm/DSC00018.JPG I am not sure who made this chassis but I preferred it to cutting a tub... nice wheels and knockoffs, pretty clean parts all over... The Trailing Arm mechanics are very cool, though the directi...

91 RPM/Worlds Conversion---what's missing???
I bought the lot shown in the picture a while back from Ed (Dr. Robotnik) and was all ready to begin a rebuild--new build with these parts and parts I already have but I realized this wasn't what I thought it was...So...can Ed or anyone please tell me exactly what this conversion is meant to include...

Re: The Andy's Family................
Thanks for the link...I think the next logical step to really improve this site is to organize the reference material...There is so much great info and pics and advice but the chat room/threads structure isnt the easiest to use for that purpose. I have a ton of half-started projects, parts, etc that...

Re: The Andy's Family................
you really should do the full "catalogue" of Andy's stuff.....a few pages of what was available, ads, build examples, rare parts....it is inspirational as well as helpful to guiding others with their own builds....
Great Collection!
