on your b4, with that gearing, your final drive is 9.61. on your rc10, with the gearing on the b4, you will be at a 9.75. it's real close. if the tires on the rc10 are smaller in diameter than the b4, you could probably go to a 23. with an 81/23 on the rc10, you'll be at a 9.33. a little more top en...

a-arm lenght question

how much longer is the a-arm from the rpm/worlds conversion, as compared to the stock asc. wide arm? is it like a 1/4 in? i got a brainstorm for a custom front end, but i don't want to blow money for parts that i ain't gonna be able to use.

well, today the truck showed up. like the guy said, it's never been run. it needs a real good cleaning, though. looks like the shocks have been leaking for the past 15 years, and combined with all the dust, it's a mess. the body had been cut out, but it had never been mounted. i'm gonna try to strip...

it looks like a three gear trans. someone can correct me if i'm wrong, but i think that the ratio of the mip trans was in the 2.30 range, as compared to the stock 2.25. i had a stealth in the early 90's with 64 pitch gears, i believe they were made buy robinson racing, that gave you a 2.30 ratio.
