Whoo Hoo! Thanks for the congrats.... glad some llike that build, definitely my favorite. Lots of high quality cars in that contest, and I know that there are tons of other great builds here to be shown still in later contests! Good news is that is the only painted RC 10 I own! That is my take on the way it is read, simple English. There isn't even a comma splice in that sentenceR/Cat wrote:I think he meant he might also know pro-drivers thanks to his magazine job but I guess he'll clarify.Raul Garcia wrote:How does writing in a publication make you a Pro level driver by any means?

Didn't think about the 834b and looks like you're right about the bulkheads and front spool. I just did some looking though and the stock 834b sprockets came in 12t and 13t didn't they? This one is 14t. As for the front diff...maybe the sprocket is from the Thorp ball diff but I still believe the d...

Re: Kinwald's TQ Yokomo from the '95 Worlds in Japan
Vin (Dual) could highlight it much better, and likely has in his Yokomo time line, but the cars are technically Yokomo Dog fighter 95' WCS models. Kinwalds, Pavidis, Masamis were all prototype cars at the 1995 IFMAR worlds, and from this one, Scott Browns, and Marks they all share the chassis and co...

Re: Kinwald's TQ Yokomo from the '95 Worlds in Japan
Hey, thanks for posting. Would be nice to know a bit more about this particular chassis as some bits don't match with the car actually ran at Yatabe. BK ran Losi shocks in Japan, some screws don't look quite the same and some ball cups are of a different color. The chassis must have a nail polish m...

Again, to each his own. At our indoor track the compounding has an effect by eliminating sticking of dust and fine dirt to the tire (pure clay, high moisture content, superfine) letting the rubber stay in contact with the clay, instead of dirty tire to clay. In fact, we could pull the car...toss ont...
