Re: *** The official VINTAGE OFFROAD NATIONALS thread ***
Mark/Erich - is there going to be a "cut-off" date for entries? or will you take sign-up the weekend of the race?? If you do allow signups on race day, will they still get the t-shirt? or are you doing that as a "signup by XX date" thing to get the shirt? That's up to Erich, I'm...

Re: B4 rear axles
it'd probably be easier/cheaper to just stock some duratrax nitro evader wheels. Its pretty easy/cheap when a machine shop is next door, and the owner races r/c cars, and he's the landlord to your hobbyshop (thats holding Vintage Nationals) I have a couple other products on the design tab...

Re: *** The official VINTAGE OFFROAD NATIONALS thread ***
Hey Erich - I know the schedule says open practice on Friday until the track closes, but what are the track's hours? The website says until 10pm - is that set in stone or will the track be open later? We are usually there till around 11pm. We will probably be open earlier than 5pm as well on Friday...

Jconcepts Rounders in the front and Double Dee's in the rear for 2wd, Double Dee's all around in 4wd. Double Dee's get about 140-160 laps before laps times get off pace. Pro-line Holeshots work as well but the life expectancy is a little lower. Hey Mark - do you have a part number/link for these JC...

Re: *** The official VINTAGE OFFROAD NATIONALS thread ***
We actually designed the layout with a 17.5 brushless motor in my RC10B4, so the motor works fine on the track, you guys will have fun on the track, especially when your racing 7 or 8 other cars with the same horsepower. Our goal in the design of the layout was so that it would promote racers racing...

Re: *** The official VINTAGE OFFROAD NATIONALS thread ***
Mark, what modern tyres and compounds do work on your track in 2WD/4WD? They do not have to be super fast but reliable. Thanks in advance Sebastian Jconcepts Rounders in the front and Double Dee's in the rear for 2wd, Double Dee's all around in 4wd. Double Dee's get about 140-160 laps before laps t...

Yeah it was, but it can 't be during that weekend because I'm getting married on the 13th, so my business partner and myself will be at the wedding and there will be nobody to open and run the hobby shop and track.JK Racing wrote:Did the weekend change? I thought it was the 12~14th...

Re: *** The official VINTAGE OFFROAD NATIONALS thread ***
Mark, is there a chance to get the ROAR-legal motors at the track? I am not 100 percent sure if the brushed motors are available in Germany beside the darn GM ones. The brushless motors are but maybe I am in the mood to go completely vintage (read: brushed  ) Yes, we will have some current...

Re: *** The official VINTAGE OFFROAD NATIONALS thread ***
I have been looking up flights and toying with the idea of attending. Is there an official unofficial list of who is planning on turning up, I don't want to pay to fly out if there is a low turn out. another question will the track or someone allow us to ship our cars and tools so we don't have to ...
