Re: Help with ID of an RC10 A stamp (Now with pictures and fixed spelling!!!)

I went with a purple chassis and counter sunk all the screw holes. https://cimg0.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.rctech.net-vbulletin/2000x1220/20210606_001304_f9f98f39cb402b35fa6630904ed18c9b03f91a43.jpg https://cimg1.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.rctech.net-vbulletin/1420x2000/20210606_001405_651affc52cc1ee208aedbff2ad5c...

Sub-forum suggestion: Users Instagram, YouTube and, ect

I would like to suggest that we have a sub-forum where those of us content creators can post links to our social media pages. Most of us here enjoy sitting back to a few YouTube videos, Instagram TV or what not. With this sub-forum, we can easily find our fellow members and help support our friends ...

Re: Help with ID of an RC10 A stamp (Now with pictures and fixed spelling!!!)

Update, I polished half of the front plate. Now, I remember why I hate polishing so much. It looks better but would still need an hour plus to make it right. I'm two and a half hours in already. With that said, I think I'm going to go back to my original plan of painting it. Sorry those of you that ...

Re: XXT Bearing Question

Having both XX and XXX trucks, I can confirm that the bearing kits are the same. A full kit will have 18 bearings. That will include the steering. If you need bearings for the Hydro Drive or ball diff, they are the same as front buggy (xx/xxx). Fast Eddy as has the flat thrust bearings found in the ...

Mind-blowing moment!

I just realized that I may have the very first XXT I ever drove and the chassis for the first one I owned. See when SoCal Raceway closed I helped them clean it out the next day. Part of the things I took home was a first gen XXT. One day when the track was in Garden Grove, I put my Stampede in the N...

Re: Help with ID of an RC10 A stamp (Now with pictures and fixed spelling!!!)

These cars were around for a long time, so parts could have easily been changed. But from what I see, I want to say ~87-88. That is the newer style msc but the rear bulkhead uses the long wing tubes. I think that the rear shock tower is supposed to be a single hole version. It could be one from a n...

Got the inside of the tub cleaned up so I can see the hand cut work.I'm going to leave the bottom the way it is with all it's story marks. https://cimg8.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.rctech.net-vbulletin/2000x948/20210504_200927_786a438fdd69188792d98705f5e3d31f51069fc8.jpg https://cimg3.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.rcte...

Your uncle had good taste. Get some pictures of that esc and your radio up here and maybe we can help. I'm in Fresno, depending on where you are we can plan a meet up sometime and I can have closer look at the problem. I'd also explain what does what and why. No I not going to charge you for it.

Re: Trinity motor, please help....

That's been a major hurdle I've found while going down the rabbit hole of brushed motors as it pertains to identification. Manufactures used the same cans and decals as a time and cost cutting measure I imagine which makes it hard to know what's what. I've also regularly come across the same part n...

Re: Post Pictures of your Losi Vehicles

Sorry for the non-Losi cars but it was just easier for all the forums and socials this way. (XXXT bodied truck is really a Traxxas with lots of XXT parts.) XXT just to the left and down of that Traxxas has a XXX trans and shock tower in it. (A.K.A. TCr) Parts are hard to come by even for a hoarder. ...
