Looks like you got some good "bones" to start with.
I've built 1 or 2 cars myself and a lot of the fun is sourcing the parts as coxbros1 says above.

Is it steel or aluminum? I had 50 sets made (front and rear) a couple of years ago out of fairly thick aluminum. The one in your picture looks a lot like the ones I had made. There was a company in Dallas and I had these water jet cut. I sold them on Ebay for $25 a set. If you look at my gallery pic...

I know this doesn't really help but sometime way back when I picked up a pair of gold CV's. I guess the only plus to this post is there are some out there I just don't know where or who made them. I see that they look towards the silver side in the pic but that's due to the flash. They are a nice go...
