I'm fortunate to live in oregon and occasionally you see bald Eagles around.
Back when i used to do some amateur sailboat racing, you would see their massive nests atop the huge pilings. They were like 5 ft across. Simply amazing creatures.

I like Jeff (Gomachv) can also say i worked for Tammies Hobbies, one of Oregon's oldest and privately owned Hobby Shops. My experience has been mixed, at both stores, I LOVE the people and...

OR, if you are lucky enough like me, i have the ASC3938. http://www.teamassociated.com/pdf/discontinued_items/3938.pdf
I talked to a fellow Pro, and he said using it in racing is UN-necessary. I'll still hold onto it.

Not to totally de-rail, but if we made a list for "those" people, you could ad the whole Kardashian klan to the mix, put them on a plane with Beiber and Kanye and the world could be a much better.
I love NPR too. Radio is too repetitive.

Re: Modern Car - Atomik V2MR
Great info (I know most of you are posting in the V2MR thread on RCT, but its good to have some ideas to bounce off people. Mine is getting closer. Got around to getting the Turnbuckles for the rear done (still need to get them to Camber where I need them) and the electronics are in. Need to re-do m...

Re: I guess we can't blame Traxxas totally....
But if the only option was the more expensive cars from the big manufacturers, or if they had to build it from a kit, then they most likely wouldn't buy an r/c car to start with and some of them won't then move on to joining a club. Good riddance to most of em, I say. People, in general, don't resp...

Re: Intriguing ad in RC Car Action
I know an engineer at AE who worked on various projects. I inquired about a ReRe of the RC10 GP or graphite version. He mentioned that an idea had been kicked around, but it was down the list a ways of future products and projects. I'll ask if he knows anything new about the ad and or if they have r...

For an affordable system, I would check out the Dynamite Fuze system.
http://dynamiterc.com/Fuze/
I think we sell them for around $150 $180 or so.

Re: Old Is new - OVAL Edition!!
Would those kind of modifications even be legal in a sportsman stock class? BITD the only difference between stock and mod/open was motors, at least 'round these parts. our local racing facility has pretty much eliminated stock racing, except for legends. in open no one can complain about cheating....

Old Is new - OVAL Edition!!
Back-story: So a fellow RCer who works at a different hobby shop was talking about a sportsmans Stock oval class. They already have a few guys running dirt oval with the Dominator style sprint style buggies as well as a popular Slash 2wd class. He pulled up a pic of a converted B4 (he recently picke...

Re: 1/10 4wd buggy, who runs'em?
No major change for me either, (but I did get a smoking deal on a B4.1 with all the 4.2 upgrades, so buggy class is on) though with my schedule, I wont be able to do any racing in the near future. For those out there considering a facelift for the 44 or 44.1, Team Azarashi released a conversion for ...
