Re: What are your plans with your re-release RC10T?
I guess I'll kick this new forum into gear. So I pre-ordered my re-release RC10T Classic direct from Team Associated. While I and many others are waiting on the late June shipment, I ordered some Fan RC hard-anodized Team shocks with black aluminum shock caps. I know those shocks came with the blac...

Re: Spoked wheels for modern buggies?
It's not like I'm a stranger to adapting things to cars they don't belong on but this is an exploratory post for what would work without modifying the car and without putting the track width out of spec. Reasons I don't want to modify the car itself: I want to still be able to use off the shelf whee...

Re: Spoked wheels for modern buggies?
Easy enough to convert back to regular axle up front. otherwise I don't know of any full hex sets. While I appreciate the idea, "back to" would be implying that the car came with fixed axles to begin with and while I could just jam some adapters in there it's not what I'm going for. This ...

Re: Spoked wheels for modern buggies?
I can also get these from G-Force (GOP130 and GOP131) but it's tough since they aren't distributed here in the US

Re: Spoked wheels for modern buggies?
Jconcept rulux wheels are spoked and are one of my favorites. I run them on my woin new car that use b4 offset. They are obsolete for most models but are often on eBay. Those only seem to be available for mini E Revo. Let me preface this by saying I'm sincerely not trying to be snarky... Amazon and...

Spoked wheels for modern buggies?
What's available for spoked 2.2 wheels in offsets for modern buggies that use 12mm hexes? I know there some fronts for drag car variants that work but the rears are always the weird SCT style wheels. and JConcepts has some that look like NASCAR steelies but not really the style I'm looking for. Basi...

Re: Masami Hirosaka reinvents the MX-4 with G-Force MX-4 Forever
Apparently these are all being hand built by Masaaki Hirosaka so that explains to pricing.
I wish they would also release it in a mass produced kit form just so we could actually afford and run it.

A Race truck design that was inspired by R/C cars, seems pretty cool!

Re: New RC Genre
Have you tried putting it inside the bodywork because IR should be able to go through lexan. Also have you heard of NRC projects? I did consider mounting the transponder under the body, but I would have to unplug it every time I remove the body. It's more for convenience. ...If I use the Inferno bo...

Re: RC10 Classic 40th anniversary
Do you have actual thickness numbers to support the thinner claim? From my research, I have heard the 40th is as thick as an original variant. I haven't opened my 40th, so I can't confirm. I have personally confirmed that it's the same thickness as a B stamp chassis. I'm not sure where people keep ...

Re: RC10 Classic 40th anniversary
About the chassis it is certainly thinner and lighter than the original. It's like the CC. I don't have the classic reissue so can't comment on that one.
