PC Game - ReCharge RC: High Voltage, Demo is fun
So recently a demo dropped for RrCharge RC: High Voltage. Which while not strictly a simulator like VRC seems to be pretty fun and has a pretty neat track builder and one of the first usable cars is something loosely based on a RC10 and Ultima. 20250615215957_1.jpg 20250615215930_1.jpg 2025061521461...

"XXX" because in the age of the early internet it made looking up information a whole lot more interesting.

Re: Front Wheel Drive Buggy Discussion
I had at one time modified a spare Rally Weapon into a shorter FWD monstrosity with intent on going after the Tamiya Minis. Probably could have adapted that to a Buggy with some rear swing arm suspension to get that wheelbase back. That project got dismantled years ago though. A little goofing off I...

Re: The Kinwald Edition RC10 (it is here!)
Another thing to add to the list. Rear hub carriers supplied in the kit are 0 deg ones and also have a bit of a green hue to them. Brian reportedly used 3deg carriers (1.5deg per side) the inner arm mounts are the correct 3deg models (1.5 per side) as well for a total of 6deg of rear tow in. The inn...

Re: Jrx-pro se rpm gear cover question
I forgot to mention, I don't thread the nut onto the screw I hold the nut over the hole with needle nose pliers and screw the screw into it. Actually you just gave me an idea for my 3d printed gear cover, I should just make that part on the cover thicker and have the screw thread directly into the c...

Re: Jrx-pro se rpm gear cover question
you need a small pattern nut that has a 3/16 hex. I do something simalr to what Brad does though, I use a cut piece of a RPM rod end. Brad's idea is probably easier to deal with though

Re: The Kinwald Edition RC10 (it is here!)
I'm going to mention this loudly: The BOX ART is not correct!! There I said it. Biggest take-away here with the paint is that the drips on the actual car are much shorter, Also there are 7 distinct blue fields on the car. 1 Central and 3 on each side of it, decreasing in width. The lower ones only h...

Re: The Kinwald Edition RC10 (it is here!)
I was debating making a part 2 to my video to address a few things. The CVDs being one, and maybe a few detail RougeIV mentioned like removing the ano on the back end of the nose plate. But also in regards to the gear cover. No, the stock cover will definitely not fit a Hydradrive, nor will the one...

Re: The Kinwald Edition RC10 (it is here!)
What gear cover did Brian use? Will the kit supplied gear cover fit over a Hydradrive or should we order the repop from TBG? I'm not yet ready to build mine so I haven't yet opened the box nor have I rummaged around in the attic to find the Hydradrive. I'd like to get the cover ordered asap if it's...

Re: The Kinwald Edition RC10 (it is here!)
few things at a glance. I'll add more details to this later. A good amount of this was in Jason's video. -Update 6/9/25: obviously no longer "at a glance" Updates will happen anytime I find new info. Information here is In regards to the car as it raced at the '93 IFMAR Worlds. Note that t...
